The Search for the Missing Bun
Two Swedes moved to Bangalore, craved a proper cinnamon bun, and couldn’t find one. So they baked their own. FIKA B’LORE brings the Swedish ritual of fika — a deliberate pause with coffee and something freshly baked — to India. Every bun is hand-rolled, slow-proofed, and baked fresh each morning on our solar-powered farm.
