FIKA B'LORE is a brand of Scandinavian Food & Beverages Pvt Ltd (CIN: U10719KA2025PTC207041), a private limited company incorporated in India.
Every bun is baked fresh on the morning of your delivery. We stand behind the quality of everything that leaves Fika Farm.
Freshness Guarantee
Our buns are baked the same day they are delivered. They are best enjoyed on the day of delivery or within 24 hours. If stored in an airtight container, they keep well for up to 3 days at room temperature or up to one week refrigerated. They also freeze well for up to one month.
If Something Is Not Right
If your order arrives damaged, stale, or otherwise not up to the standard you expect from FIKA B'LORE:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue
- We will either replace the order at no charge or issue a full refund, your choice
Delivery Issues
- If your order does not arrive by the promised delivery date, contact us and we will investigate immediately
- Orders lost in transit will be replaced or refunded in full
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if we have not yet started baking (typically before 5:00 AM IST on the delivery date)
- Once baking has begun, cancellations are not possible as every order is made fresh that morning

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days and returned via the original payment method.
What This Policy Does Not Cover
- Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Natural variations in appearance (each bun is hand-rolled and unique)
- Taste preferences (we encourage first-time customers to try the FIKA FIVE to discover their favourites)
- Products consumed more than 24 hours after delivery, as freshness cannot be guaranteed beyond that point
