These terms govern your use of fikablore.com and any orders placed through it. By using this website, you agree to these terms. FIKA B'LORE is operated by Scandinavian Food & Beverages Pvt Ltd, registered in Karnataka, India.

Products and Orders

  • All products are freshly baked and perishable. Orders are prepared after confirmation.
  • Product images are representative. As each bun is hand-rolled, slight variations in appearance are natural and expected.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to limit order quantities based on production capacity.
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received and verified.

Operating Hours and Delivery

  • FIKA B'LORE operates Monday to Friday only. We do not bake, process orders, or deliver on weekends or public holidays.
  • We currently deliver within Bangalore only.
  • Next-day delivery is available for orders placed and paid before 6:00 PM IST on weekdays.
  • Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend will be baked and delivered on the next working day (typically Monday).
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We will contact you if there is a delay.
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We cannot redeliver or refund orders that fail due to an incorrect address.

Payment

  • Payment must be completed within 24 hours of placing an order, or the order may be cancelled.
  • Accepted payment methods are listed on our How to Pay page.

Allergens and Food Safety

  • All products contain wheat (gluten) and dairy. Some products contain eggs and tree nuts (almonds).
  • All products are baked in a facility that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, and tree nuts.
  • Detailed allergen information is listed on each product page.
  • If you have a severe food allergy, please contact us before ordering at sales@fikablore.com.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Scandinavian Food & Beverages Pvt Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

FIKA B'LORE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or consumption of our products, except where required by Indian consumer protection law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
