The kanelbulle needs no introduction in Sweden. It has its own national day, October 4th, and its own place in the culture: the scent of cinnamon and butter that fills every Swedish kitchen, cafe, and office at precisely 3 PM. The swirl of dough, the warmth of the spice, the pearl sugar on top. It is the reason fika exists.
Ours is hand-rolled and cold-fermented overnight at the Fika Farm. Baked fresh in Bangalore.
