At FIKA B'LORE, we bake our products fresh and deliver them directly to our customers in Bangalore. Because our products are perishable, the following refund and return conditions apply.
Perishable Products
All items sold by FIKA B'LORE are freshly baked and intended for immediate consumption. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
To request a refund or replacement, please email us within 12 hours of delivery and include:

A photo of the product (if applicable)
We will review the request and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders for freshly baked products may enter production shortly after being placed. Because of this, order changes or cancellations may not always be possible once the order has been confirmed.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

inability to contact the recipient

restricted access to the delivery location
the order may not be eligible for a refund.
