S'mores Cookie

Not every good idea has to come from Sweden. The S'mores cookie borrows from American campfire nostalgia and gives it the Fika treatment: a thick, chewy cookie loaded with chocolate, graham cracker crumble, and pockets of toasted marshmallow. It is indulgent in a way that feels earned, the kind of thing you bake when you want to make someone smile.

We bake ours at the Fika Farm in Bangalore, where campfires are rare but the craving for something warm and chocolatey is not.

Allergens and Ingredients

Cookie dough: Wheat flour, butter, sugar, brown sugar, whole egg, dark chocolate chunks, baking powder, salt, vanilla.
Mix-ins: Graham cracker crumble, marshmallow.

Produced in a facility that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, coconut, and tree nuts. Marshmallows may contain gelatin.
