The solbulle is Swedish summer shaped into dough. Bright, golden, and kissed with vanilla, it carries the energy of midsommar and long Nordic evenings where the sun barely sets. Light enough to eat two, cheerful enough to lift a grey Tuesday afternoon.
We bake ours at the Fika Farm in Bangalore, where the sun is generous all year. 90g, cold-fermented, hand-rolled, and entirely preservative-free.

Custard filling: Egg yolk, whole egg, milk, sugar, vanilla, cornstarch, butter.
