Cardamom is the quiet backbone of Scandinavian baking, the spice that arrived from the hills of southern India centuries ago and never left. The braided dough is aromatic, warm, and slightly exotic, the kind of flavour that surprises people who taste it for the first time and becomes the one they always come back to.
Hand-braided and cold-fermented at our Fika Farm. Preservative-free, baked fresh in Bangalore with the same spice that grows just a few hours south.
